well, I didn't see this until now also... glad I have the leutschauer peppers already growing for a neighbor. I will pop a few more of them into the pepper row as soon as it cools off. it is 90 today so I will wait a couple days but I am sincerely delighted to find this thread. thanks for the start.
after reading the link from Mark on the Hungarian peppers... what about the szegedi variety? is that a pepper anyone would use for paprika? it is a sweet pepper. My inlaws have always had it in their garden so now I grow it for them... usable for paprika?
