I'm just rereading this thread. As I previously mentioned, I don't get spider mite but for the last 2 seasons got Tomato russet mites.

Our season is in full swing now; I never noticed them until January but want to keep on top before I get them.

I'm doing the blast daily as an attempt to avoid them; I will switch to 'flat' on the hose nozzle starting tomorrow.
