From the location, it might be associated with moisture or whatever you sprayed pooling towards the bottom of the leaf.
Is it generalized or just those plants?
edaphic/containers?
Precipitation lately?
Humidity levels?
Heat Waves?
Time of day when you apply concoctions? Time elapsed between them.
