I just saw the posts about the 'Forbidden' access issue - thank you so much for bringing it up! It is all fixed now, and it should work for everyone, unless your computer blocks port 88 and you cannot use proxy (a known issue that we unfortunately cannot fix with our current service provider).
Sorry for the inconvenience it caused... I usually access TOMATObase myself every day, but today I was too busy at work to check, and I missed the issue.
