Hi Kristy,

Barb seemed to think that Roseville might be out of the way, since a few members are coming from the bay area (Landarc, GreenThumbGal, and Chilehuacle). A member from the GW CA forum suggested Pioneer Park in Davis. Here is a link.

Let me know if you still want me to check out parks in Roseville. I called them last Monday, but it was a holiday. I'll try again.

Hopefully, we can reserve the Fair Oaks Hort. Center on 8/26 at a discounted rate. I have been by the adjacent library. The center seems fairly private. :wink:

This is my first year that I have started from a seed. I started way too early (Jan. 10th). I don't think that my seedlings will be up to par with everyone's expectations if we meet in April. I would still love to meet up for a pot luck and learn from those of you that want to exchange. I will be out of town the weekend of April 8th and 22nd. The rest of my weekends in April are available.
