I just ordered vegetable and flower seeds, both single and double packets.
I tried to keep the prices close, and they were spot on - spend $4.99 on veggie, deduct $4.99 on flower seeds.
The good is that I got seeds for the whole garden and also to share with a friend. It just amazed me that they
would have charged $23+ for shipping/handling. Luckily no tax, no shipping.
