Someone that grows Souvenir de la Malmaison father north than me.
Mine doesn't grow real big either, but it does put out some gorgeous flowers. It has gotten better over time too.
Your MIP is beautiful. I would love to grow her if I had the room. I've always heard such great things. Hopefully someday I'll get to smell her in someone's garden.
