This is the first year I ordered from them, they had a pepper that was hard to find and not available elsewhere. I put in a small online order for 5 packets on Feb 18 and they just arrived today, so that's 14 days. They also added two bonus seed packets.
I don't think two weeks is unusual at all for any seed company at this, their busiest time of year. I've had some arrive in a week's time, but I've also had other sources that take up to three weeks. Best to get those orders in early (says the great procrastinator.)
