Use caramel... or rolos. something they can't lick off. press it on hard. wrap it around the lever. it will draw ants if you hav ants though. they cleaned off almost EVERY trap I sat last night. I did get the mouse though. dead! called the neighbor and asked if her snake needed a meal.
