I love cheese but no cheddar cheese in any salad for me of any kind.
Hard cheese yes just not cheddar.
If I were to be presented with it I would remove it from mine set it aside and eat it on its own.
Maybe grated but not big chunks.
It is one of the very few things I am picky about.
