That is disappointing; I expected them to taste a lot better. I grew Ildi this fall; tons of tomatoes, most of my flowers actually set fruit.
The problem I found with Ildi is they were somewhat late; by the time they were ready so were a lot of beefstakes.
I used Ildi to make this SunGold sauce recipe.
