BLT
I was talking BLT with my wife and I came up with an idea. A BLT taco! Soft shell I am thinking, with cooked bacon, lettuce, and of course a nice fresh tomato (perhaps some paste tomatoes sliced in half.) Some peppers? And A small dollop of cream cheese..
Anybody ever try this? Any variations? Endless possibility's

When I saw the BLT I thought it was someone who had linked to a video and story I saw on my browser that was simply called BLT.
Three very young baby animals were found, abused, in the basement of a drug house. They were a Bear, a Lion and a Tiger. Thus the BLT. They were taken to a refuge place and the bear was now 700 pounds, I forgot the weights of the other two, but they played with each other, no fighting at all. Pictures of when they were found were also shown Unlikely friendships, I loved the video and was very impressed. Carolyn

My favorite BLT of the season is the one with a big slice of Dr. Wyche's Yellow in it. I have a picture of one on my cell that I drool over a couple of times a year in the winter, lol!

I love the Cherokee Purple on a BLT too. I mentioned the Dr. Wyche because it is usually the first beefsteak to get ripe in my garden and I live for the first BLT. I am drooling like a Pavlovian dog now just thinking about it!
