Leaf Footed Bug Nymphs

I have discovered some of these the last two days. It is funny how they seem to congregate at the same area every year. This year I moved all the copntainers around and still I found the nymphs on plants at the ends of two rows of containers/pots. Thats where they always show up first. I put down 2 new blue plastic tarps and set the containers on the tarps so I don't have grass and weed problems.

I just grabbed a paper towel and sort of wiped the tomatoes that were harboring the nymphs. I was able to kill quite a few doing this. I was wondering if anyone has tried this to suck them up? Lentek BV02 9V Mini Bug Vac Hand Held Electronic Spider & Insect Trap at http://www.allbrands.com

These bugs are such a nuisance.

You need a vacuum cleaner that really sucks.

That bug wand seems to have insufficient suckage.

I found a buch of nymphs on one of my tomato plants today, I beleive they were the babies because they were orange bodied with black legs and antenna with two black spots on their hind end.

Then I went to the community garden and found two adults on my tomatoes there. I don't like seeing these kinds of bugs around. Yuk, and when I told my husband about the nymphs I found this morning he says, "Oh, I saw those on the rose bushes the other day".. Ugh, why didn't he tell me this? He knows now at least.
