rosella purple salsa
rosella purple, jalapeno, roasted corn, red onion and black bean salsa
this is an extremely productive variety for me. it gave me my first ripe non cherry and it's still going strong. also very meaty and great for salsas

The Dwarf Rosella Purple tomato plant sometimes produces a bigger fruit than the 5-12 oz range it usually grows...I had one last year, maybe a 1lb and a half Rosella Purple tomato that I was letting get ripe on the vine, and when I finally took it off I found to my surprise that the local squirrels had started munching on it! I was soooo upset. Here's to hoping you get a randomly huge Dwarf Rosella Purple tomato this season! (er but not a half eaten one)

I have Rosella Purple on the list for next year, so I am excited to hear it is productive and tasty for you. Also, that salsa looks fantastic! Cheers!
