Big Brandy Hybrid

I decided to try Big Brandy Hybrid this year. I liked my Brandywine but the plants struggled in my setup.

This year I am doing entertainers. However, both of my Big Brandy Hybrids developed what I first thought where terminal blossoms with a huge megabloom. I nipped them off before I panted out. However, each plant has grown what I can only describe as a blossom stalk. What looked like a twisted mass has evolved into a truly impressive stalk of blossoms. Both plants show the exact same structure.

The rest of the plant is developing normally it seems.
