Reign,
Is that a Big Green Egg I see or something close to it? That butt is looking good.

Are those pretty little aquamarine tiles I see on your smoker?
If so, how did they get there? |

Famous Wangs
I won't make the plant swap, but I'll put my famous "Wangs" up against any pulled pork at the tasting later in the summer. (the secret is in the sauce )

I toss in the towel! Send me your address, I'll be a knockin' on your door about 1 past noon this next Saturday. I mean, we will. Gonna hire a sight seeing bus and bring all the CHOPTAGers! Might even swing by and pick up Bully, Duke, and Carolyn! :-)

Bigcheef, them wangs has turned on my slobber factory!!!
I'm thinking we might ought to start reserving the park from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. :-) That way we could see who serves the best grits and eggs. LOL. |

I am down for 8-8 if there are grits and eggs involved
We may need to change our name to somehow include our voluminous appetites and culinary proclivities! Ray

The wife just saw those wings and now I am going to have to fire up the smoker!! She wants BBQ!! Looks like a good combo, Tomatoes and BBQ!! Anyone like Blues music? I think that would make the combo complete!! 'Maters, Blues and BBQ!! 8) Got my slobber factory turned on too Earl!!

Yup!
Thanks for the the compliments. You really need to taste them to appreciate the addictive quality of the sauce. Wish I could share the recipie with yall, but I'm planning on bottling the stuff up and trying to start a little business on the side. I'm still working on the name so I figure I could take suggestions at CHOPTAG. The sauce is kind of a hybrid BBQ with a kick. I have one buddy who never liked wings until he tried my "Wangs". I hope you guys will think the same. So how many wings do you think I will need to bring to the tasting? (I have a feeling this could get expensive  )
