Happy thanksgiving to you too! It sure was yummy and a welcome addition to a table full of very heavy food. Dressing was made with balsamic vin, white wine vin, olive oil, green garlic, basil, and tarragon.
Edited to add - The varieties used were Juan Flamme, Black from Tula, Aunt Ruby's German Green Cherry, Snow White, Black Cherry, Tommy Toe, Stump of the World, and a plant that was supposed to be Aunt Ruby's but the fruit ripened to solid yellow as seen on the cutting board top right of the image. |

Smiley,
It would be much easier for me to make a list of the things I am not thankful for. It would be a very short list. I'm very thankful for still being able to enjoy a thanksgiving meal and a football game with most of our family. I was also thankful for a BLT sandwich I had yesterday with many of the same tomato varieties that were included in your tomato salad. I love BLT's, but I must plan ahead to make one because we don't normally keep bacon or bread around the house. Happy Thanksgiving! Ted |

Wow! We sure live in different worlds, I was elated to be able to pull some leeks and parsnips yesterday because the ground wasn't frozen too hard. Looks great Tom!

Great looking dish. I'm jealous of the varieties and time of year you get to enjoy them.
