Recently pulled some swedes on to find some lumpy nodules that I did not recognize on the roots. Wondering what the possibility of them being root knot nematode induced is. Any thoughts etc much appricated

Since my garden has RKNs in parts of it, I was looking to know how to differentiate between them and clubroot. Here are a few articles I came across if it helps.
Article includes clubroot management tips: http://www.extento.hawaii.edu/kbase/...pe/p_brass.htm More detailed info: https://projects.ncsu.edu/cals/cours...odiophora.html |

When I first saw this I thought it was a joke.
We call swedes rutabagas, so I thought, well you know. ![]() |

Godawgs, thanks for the links, will check them out shortly
Worth, No joke unfortunately Mcsee, still learning how to grow these to their best. Will be starting some biowarfare using Trichoderma, need to add lime also. What else will depend on what I find in the links above |

Also add Crop Rotation, no Brassicaceae varieties in that bed for a couple of seasons.
