Default Those Amazing Collards

Folks, I was working some supplements into my raised beds today when I looked down, and saw I was stepping on some young collards in the pathway. There was an old collard stalk, with new collards growing out of the end. That thing was jerked out of the ground in November, lay on the path for months, stepped on, froze on, and here it comes roaring back.

Just a little point - there is no subforum in Misc Edibles for collards, so I am putting this in Herbs. Ouch!
