ChiliPeppa Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Jul 2015 Location: Mojave Desert - California Posts: 368	Looking for Salt Rising Bread Recipe When I was a kid (in the 50s) we used to buy from the bakery a type of bread called 'salt rising'. Unique and delicious tasting, a bit like sour dough. As an adult I have looked but never have been able to find a recipe for it and never have seen it in a bakery. Anyone ever heard of it or have a recipe?
