Concerned Seedlings

Seedlings are almost 3 weeks old. I'm concerned about the leaves twisting upward, as well as the purple color on the underside of the leaves.

I have not added any fertilizer or nutrients. I water every 3 days. I keep the grow light on about 12 hrs/day. Temperature is around 68 F.

I have been searching the web for similar symptoms, however I have not been able to find anything that looks like my situation. Any information or suggestions would be great.
