angelique Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Rocklin, California Posts: 501	Canning vs. Freezing. Hi All, I have never canned tomatoes (nor any other fruit or veggie). What are the benefits to canning? Are tomatoes that are frozen equally as good to use? Thanks for your help. Angleique
