Default Hot Red Pepper?

Late last year, I got some free seeds from a lady who owns a feed store nearby. She told me that all she knows about them is that the man who gave her the seeds told her they are red and hot.

Well, they were right. They are red and your mouth burns for 20 minutes after you take a bite. I'm wondering if any of you might want to try to uncover its identity?

Plant is bushy and 3 feet tall.
Peppers are 4-5 inches long.
The peppers start out green but quickly turn red (No yellow or orange stage.)
I would guess they are at least 30,000 Scoville units hot.
