Default That Time Has Finally Come

At that time of the growing season when all good tomato growers should be canning tomatoes and tomato sauce, I am always too busy. We find just enough time to grind our tomatoes and put the juice in freezer bags and into the freezer. We always eventually find the eventually find that perfect weekend to boil it down and can the sauce. Well this snowy weekend is the one. It will take two days to reduce it all and we’ll be putting up some nice thick sauce in jars by tomorrow
