china imports
I bought an led flashlight from the dollar tree store a couple of months ago that takes the disc type batteries.
Last night I wanted to see what size they were so I took off the battery compartment lid,it had a tiny screw holding it on. Inside there were remnants that looked like a spider web, the kind that looks like cotton and an outer skin of some bug that molted. I took the batteries out then noticed there was a live winged bug inside the flashlight by the lens that was trying to get out. I put the batteries back in and sealed it up to keep the bug confined. It looked almost like a lightening bug without the glow part. There is no way the bug or egg got in locally, the flashlight was sealed. It had to be from the factory like that. Lord knows what else we are bringing in with other imports. |
