Well, looks like I will have to get RQ MF from somewhere else and do a side by side comparison! What I remember is a much redder, much smaller tomato than those below.

Five more envelopes going out tomorrow.
Redbaron, lexie and tuk50 added to the grower list (can't edit my original post in this thread for some reason). After the batch tomorrow, I think I've sent seed to everyone who has posted or PM'd me, to date. Last edited by ChrisK; November 25, 2012 at 06:33 PM. |

Thanks for the seeds Chris! Everything arrived in good condition. It will be interesting to see if we can find something good from these crosses!

Is the offer still open?
ChrisK- Are you needing any more people to grow these out? I would be glad to do any of the Dr Carolyn crosses, or the Chocolate Cherry x SungoldF1.
Thanks, Carrie |

Thanks for the update! Will be interesting to see what we get from those. Since it's a cross with an F1 we'll likely see segregation this year. Not likely to see striping though if I am correct on the genes responsible.

I planted 15 other crosses and the first buds have appeared. Anyone else?
Tom Wagner, please check your email and PMs.

I've got multiple plants of :
Dr. Carolyn x Beauty King Dr. Carolyn x Green Zebra Dr. Carolyn x Pink Berkeley Tie Dye Chocolate Cherry x Sungold F1 started, but I'm at least 3 weeks from being able to plant out, so no buds here yet. ;-) I'm curious to see how much segregation there is in the Sungold cross... |
