Wow! Just so sorry to hear that you have been sick and in pain.
Here's hoping that you have the very best nurses and doctors looking after you. (You know, the ones that warm up the stethoscope before they put it on your chest!) I always enjoy the detail and history that you provide to spice up even the most mundane conversations. It is horrible that you have a kidney stone because they are so terribly painful, but I think I speak for some of us who are (selfishly) glad you don't have any kind of brain malady. The loss of that incredible memory of yours would be a great one indeed! Hope you are back very soon, teaching us all, as you do so well. |

I too just saw this posting! Carolyn, please keep fighting to get your shoes back. Sending you God's many blessings for a speedy recovery.
I miss you posting even to my 'dumb' questions. Here's another, just to keep you thinking about all of us here at Tomatoville who miss you. So you have kidney stone(s)? Would they be a good source of calcium for tomatoes? LOL |

Mischka, thanks for keeping us informed about Carolyns' condition.
I'm hoping and praying that she doesn't have to stay there too long and that when she leaves, she'll be in both good physical condition and spirits. Get well soon, Carolyn. |

I was shocked to read the title of this thread!
Good to read that there's a bit of improvement! Carolyn, ALL my best wishes for the most speedy recovery and getting rid of that darned stone - I can feel your pain having had those stones myself. As many others have already said: The tomato world needs you! GUTE BESSERUNG! Mischka, many thanks for informing us! clara |
