I got them from HomeDepot. White/pink and yellow/red were the first gladioli I grew. I do not even remember their names. I like them too. Thank you.

Unfortunately it is not. I had to say goodbye to few plants already. The garden looking so beat up as if it is already a fall. I am working on it.

Peaches & Cream
It is not what you think. That is the name of this beautiful tomato. Thank you for the seeds, nancyruhl.

Ella, what do you feed our plants! amazing production! I'm also growing Carbon Copy but am not getting anywhere near that kind of yield from one plant. I've added Snow White to my list for new year!

Thank you, Marsha. I did not taste Peaches & Cream yet. Trying to let it ripen enough. It is so hard to wait.
Luigiwu, I buried parts of fish that we did not eat (we fish). Any seafood leftovers (lobster, shrimp, anything) goes into tomato beds. Coffee and tea as well. When I say parts of fish I mean a whole bucket of it in each bed at fall and some more during spring before tomatoes planted. ![]() ![]() My tomatoes are scavengers.

Ella, I did the same last fall - next day there were five big holes in a row, with a nearby berry-filled pile of bear poop to let me know the culprit.

I dug a deep hole (more than a foot) and put more dirt on top to prevent raccoon to dig it up. O, cilantro, I put some fresh cilantro.

Gerardo, my heart breaks when I see how much of the fish is disposed. People filleting fluke for example and half of it is going into a garbage.

Ella,
So glad to hear that cc was so productive in your garden! I think I'll invite it back next year as I loved it too! Linda |

Today we will have tomato salad. Starting with 3 tomatoes (Barlow Jap, Peg’s Round Orange, and Black Master), some dill, garlic, salt and vegetable oil.
