My brother here in Texas does the same exact thing with one gallon plastic milk jugs. He's been doing it for seven years now. He changes to different colors during Christmas time.

Oh really, cool, i thought it was kind of neat how they did it at the cottage and at night, it was so pretty.

That would be really pretty, try and find some of the green bottles and a few clear ones, and voila....very nice.
