Pita bread tomato pizza
What the wife and I enjoy is taking a pita bread half and toasting it first until crunchy(olive oil sprinkled)pulling it out and then topping it off with fresh mozzarella ,some fresh sliced cherrys, some diced basil, some oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Then put back into toaster then broil until cheese bubbles.Basically a mini pizza.Takes about 10 minutes.

We're big on Panini bread pizzas.
Sauce, olive oil, basil, mix up the cheeses a bit and toss it in the toaster oven. When it is close to being done, turn the dial to Broil and bubble up that cheese. So yes, we are definitely on the same page. Easy recipe, quick, everyone loves them and tasty as heck! Brian
