Default Collards

My requirement is for four collard plants. The plants were purchased in flats and transplanted into individual pots. The plants are kept in the greenhouse and in about ten days will produce strong roots, then will be transplanted in the outdoor garden.I have found this process gives the plants a good growth start.

I am growing quite a few collards this year - mostly the Georgia Collard. Planted seed back in February, and they are doing well now.

It seems like the most heat-tolerant green, thus the connection with the South.
