Got them at Lowe's believe it or not! On the Burpee's rack.

Gonna pull the rest out this weekend as I think they're getting old! I'll post pics later.

gorgeous radishes...I have to ask..The lady at the plant farm said I couldnt grow radishes in a container?...And is it too late to grow them?

Hi Ivy, my aunt here in town grows beautiful radishes in containers every year on her back patio. It is getting a little late for spring radishes, they get woody before they size up. I grow China Rose in the fall, planted in August, and get big, lovely radishes. Something to look forward to!

Default Salad Rose Radish Seeds Needed

Hey guys, I know this is an older thread but none of my various radish seeds have produced anything but small tap roots for the past few years both in raised beds and buckets. I would like to try the Salad Rose if anyone has any seeds to spare.

What was the media in the bucket grown radishes?
