Neighbors have wondered. Since being a tomato addict is not enough, I also dig hugelkulture beds. (Essentially a method of slow compost made of buried logs - great for Virginia clay with adjoining woods.)
A 4x8 bed looks just like a grave! I've learned not to dig them when my wife is away visiting family - the neighbors wonder! hugel.JPG |
