Yes, Lea Maria, we can do everything with and from mushrooms here - pickles, salted, boiled, fried, dried and even eating fresh some varieties)))

I love the dried ones. That way they stay good for years and years - if needed.

We prefer freezed ones, because they are very tasty fried after all. We dry less, because this is onlу for soup and as a spice.
