Looks amazing. Never seen grapes in it, but why not? As we learned in the Costa Del Sol in Spain on a hot summer trip where much gespacho was consumed, there are unlimited numbers of ways to make it and many of them are quite special. We like to have a few crispy bread cubes and a chilled boiled shrimp or two in each bowl and a drizzle of olive oil and sherry to make it heartier.
Is that basil in with the minced garlic? |
