I like the organic syrups for the coffee bar. I haven't bought any lately because we couldn't use them before they went bad. Well, just not into sugary sweet coffee, lol. I don't usually add syrup to my coffee but hubby built a nice coffee bar for me and I wanted it for my friends to use. It comes in glass bottles and it's organic so I was pleased with it. From what I did taste it was excellent and the syrups could be used with pancakes or any other concoction you want to make using a syrup in your cooking or baking./

Now it seems they have come out with some concentrated flavors which are organic and non gmo. Lots of different flavors, including jalapeno so I thought I would post the link to their website. They will be having a cyber monday sale tomorrow. I don't know if the concentrated flavors have a choice of glass bottles or not.

Very nice fit in the car.

You know this already, but make sure those aren't visible if you leave your car in a vulnerable spot, meth-horse heads see those boxes and it's broken window time.

It should be unacceptable everywhere, nevertheless, in some places thievery is as much a part of the landscape as breathing.

And even with a magical wand that cures all junkies, there's still a % of folks who in their bones enjoy stealing.

Just found something else I think you guys and gals might be interested in.
No I haven't bought one because I am going to just get the mechanism and make my own.
It is called the Crushgrind mechanism.
For years I have searched for a good pepper mill and found one that is being made by someone in Australia that I subscribe to on YouTube that turns wood for a living.
He says they are the best and sells them.
Here is the link to the product.
Don't freak out over prices this is Denmark/Danish krone.

Here is the link to the story.
https://www.crushgrind.com/pages/the-crushgrind-story

They are ceramic and will last the rest of your lives.
I intend to start making them myself as you can buy the mechanism by itself and make your own style.
As if you haven't noticed much of my tinkering has to do with food and cooking.
It started out with guns and I like guns but many people dont.
Everyone has to eat.
By sticking with food and kitchen products I can reach out to everyone.
Bon Appétit

Been thinking about building a couple of spice grinders myself, as the ones I have don't last long. I have an old Peugeot or two that I still use but they're small. Worth let us know when you find the mechanism by itself -I quickly glanced the web pages and must have missed if they make it available.

Those are beautiful. I have one by Vic Furth that is a crush grind, but the mechanism has his name on it, so not sure if it is identical. I love it and use it daily. Don't even have a pepper shaker in the cabinet any more.

Just called the Austin Woodcraft store they carry the crushgrind mechanisms for 13 bucks.

I'm pretty happy with a enamel over cast iron large oval dutch oven with lid from Aldi's. Nice weight, excellent finish and is holding up well. Appears the same weight and quality of La Crueset or some of the other European makers, like Staub.
