The Mango tree is awesome! I remember being overseas in mid seventies. There was a huge Mango tree overhanging a tin roof building. You can imagine the sound as the fruit fell on the roof.

I have heard rainful under a tin roof, and even that made me crazy, so I can just imagine.

Ps... I have never seen a mango tree before. They look like Santa's lil elves came by and tied ornaments up with long leaders. That's absolute awesomeness you have going on!

Ah mango rice with a nice baked fish, bone in of course.

Yum on both!!! I freeze several too. They become the ice in a smoothie with strawberries and blueberries, and maybe banana, some plain greek yogurt, a squeeze of lemon juice, and my friend's home honey. Yumm on a hot summer day.
