So happy you enjoy the flavour of them and that they turned out well despite the rain. Taiga is a gf bicolour heart which imo makes it what is generally know as a tricolour because it shows distinctly yellow, pink and green.
Now for midnight sun... hurry up and ripen

Thank you for sharing your Whwoz photos.
I am very happy to see some of my favorite tomatoes in your country and and above all that you liked. "Garrote bicolor" is a Spanish relic cultivated by several generations of the same family, its full name is "Garrote bicolor Aracenes", it belongs to a town of southern Andalucia (Aracena), perhaps it is the town where it rains the most during the year.
Robledillo de la jara is also another of my favorites, another Spanish relic, another tomato with an authentic old flavor belongs to a town located in the Sierra Norte of the Community of Madrid

KarenO, would you expect Midnight Sun to ripen through orange? Not what I expected and I have not grown anything similar to get the seed mixed up with. Seed from Florida

Will turn almost fully a peachy pink on the exterior if left long enough. It looks correct, maybe not quite fully ripe but could be eaten at this point. you will know by how it feels

Thanks for the info.

Default Midnight Sun

Ate the first ripe Midnight Sun last night, delicious. Going to take a good number of fruit to get a decent bag of seed though! Very meaty, not many seed cavities. Cant wait for the second one to ripen, first picked off second plant is on the bench now. Many happy returns next year I think
