I had two plants till a week ago, even though they were in my hothouse they weren't doing well compared some others i still have growing because the day light hours here now are near at there shortest.
Only planted them late so as to replace the old seed i had, Managed to get 5 good sized toms that i liked very much taste wise,no heart shaped fruit |

Hi, Tom!
I have a very pretty TYW which is heart-shaped, yellow fruit with green stripes. It's not ready to be picked yet. Is that what it is supposed to be like? Love the stripes! Thanks for the seeds. Donna

Mine look like post #166, first pic! Had I delved deeper into the thread, I would have seen it before I posted. It is, as I said, a pretty yellow heart with stripes.

That's what I said!! lol I grew it a few years ago, didn't collect seeds, so it missed the cut the past 4 years or so.
I started a thread like this this past fall and got a hold of some seeds. I have one plant growing and should pick the first one today or tomorrow. ![]() I remember it being very good tasting, and one of the prettiest with it's blush! I have a HUGE taste test this weekend with the family... KBX v. TYW v. Sweet Ozark Orange!! ![]() Greg |
