I've got Barbee down for a turkey chomp and Kelli down for a bread and salt, anyone else? Speak up folks, I'm going to cull ruthlessly this year and you don't want your seedling ending up in the compost pile

Lurley, before you start your culling process, it would be lovely if you would post a picture of ALL your growing seedlings. Just want to show my husband I am nowhere near the top of the heap when it comes to seed starting, lol.

I assume you'll be bringing some of your extras even if no one requests them. I think you should bring one of each.

I am floored! Hope you have help for the potting up process, even though I thought I was getting faster this year I still had to spread it out over several days. I think you must have close to 3 times the plants started that I do.
Just writing out all those tags must have been quite an undertaking! |

I'm behind -- again!
Once again I find myself behind this year. Been very busy with chickens, alpacas, church, and kids -- mostly kids, of course!
Wow! I need to take a little time to do some research of some of the varieties I've never heard of, but I know already that I would love to have a couple of those Great White plants from Jerry, a B-wine Suddith and a couple of Sungolds from Barbee, and a couple of the Big White Pink Stripes, an Amazon Chocolate, and a Bing Cherry from Lurley. I feel certain I'll be asking for a few others in the next day or two when I've assessed my space and probably more importantly asked my wife what she wants me to grow for her this year! Looking forward to seeing folks 3 weeks from today! Tim |

I wish I could attend the choptag but I work weekends. That would be some event to attend. Lurley you have an amazing list and your seedling photos are a sight to behold. Good Job.

Thanks Joe Potting up is time consuming, but it's coming along. I know several great growers in Michigan, you could start your own group up there

Does anyone have an extra german red strawberry? I only got germination on one and my neighbor who is helping me plant up, and who is coming to Choptag with me wants one. If I have to give her my only one I will, but I'd love for each of us to have one.

Thanks for the Great White, Jerry! It was my best performing tomato last year and produced tons of big, delicious tomatoes in spite of the bad weather. I was even able to make a few converts to white tomatoes out of some of my friends at work who'd never heard of or seen one.
Anyway, if you guys still have some plants that haven't been promised, I'd love to have one of each of the following: Jerry -- the Great White and a Big Rainbow Barbee -- Brandywine Suddith, a couple of Sungolds, and Henderson Winsall Lurlee -- Aussie, Big White Pink Stripes (2), Bing Cherry, Black Plum, Blue Match, Chocolate Stripes, Crimson Cushion, Dagma's Perfection, Earl's Faux, Gary O'Sena, Gold Medal Yellow, Goose Creek, Helsing ★★★★★★★★ Blue, Neves Azorean Red, Sunset's Red Horizon, Vintage Wine, White Queen, White Tomesol Looking forward to seeing everyone soon!
