Must be for CA UV, not AZ UV. Those darn things last about a month in my AZ garden before popping and breaking all over the place in the summer.
Course, if I was a real gardener/ builder, I wouldn't try to hold everything together, including my fences with zip ties, would I?

That depends on what kind of zip ties you use.

(Note that it does not mention UV resistance. Probably not an issue for
the stainless steel ones.)
