I like those cream cheese mints. Might try making some to sell at the farmers' market. I have two jams that get requested a lot. Both recipes are from Ball Blue Book. Chocolate Raspberry Topper has cocoa powder in it. I do have a large raspberry patch so I can make lots of this. If you buy raspberries frozen, it gets pricey but per jar cost is still low for a gift. When I make it, I use 1 Tbl less of the pectin called for (5 instead of 6) as the recipe comes out too stiff for a jam, let alone a sauce. I also make Rainier Cherry Amaretto Jam. I have a large Rainier cherry tree, otherwise this would get expensive too if you don't have a u-pick nearby. The one here sells them for $1.50/lb. The recipe calls for sweet cherries, so I use Rainier instead of Bings. You could use those too.

Sounds delicious and good choice on the Rainier.

Those would be great for the farmer's market but you will need to keep them cold, or they will weep and get icky on the outside.
