They're looking good Grub, must be that warm humid climate in Sydney. Another month of growth and you'll get lost amongst them.

McSee,
Some years the only access is through rabbit tunnels. And there are some truly badly behaved plants this year, a couple of mad RL crosses I think. Will see soon enough. |

Looking good Grub.
My Rainys maltese I would describe as a bush type but not determinate. The one in the greenhouse would be 4 foot high now. Only about 6 fruit set on it but. |

Yes Grub rained all day (and I suspect that it will bring the snails out) My french beans have just germinated too.

30C here today - unprecedented! Watched the toms grow an inch this morning. Have risked planting eggies and capsicums outdoors. If this is a sign of things to come we might actually get the caps to change colour instead of having barrow loads of green ones.

Of fishing... hey, check back with results. Please.
Your garden sounds great... I have no crop yet. Now, what did you catch? |

Only thing that was biting were the flies so we came home after 2 hours. The Inglis river is at the end of the street so it's easy to chuck a wobbly and stalk off.

I planted my last two tomato plants out today, one in the ground the other in a tub bringing the number to 42 plants here. All going well, I'll get enough fruit bagged to get a good seed save from these plants. These are one of the two lots I got seed from a Romanian family, so I hope they turn out as good as I've been told they would.

I finished planting my tomatoes yesterday. *phew*
61 plants. Well, there is another variety that somebody passed on to me as THE tomato. MUST grow. <?> Anyway, I will plant 3 plants of that variety tomorrow. Then on to more weeding to plant more veggies.
