Since you have a Kitchenaid dont forget to buy some heavy cream and make whipped cream with it to put on the peaches too.
Have that with a chilled bottle of Moscato and you are in heaven.
With one of those mixers there is no reason to buy the stuff in the tub.
None at all.

...and I have being cooking some Ukrainian delicatessen: borscht.
If you can only smell the aroma.

Worth, I will be picking my first okra (of the season) in a couple of days.

Before my wife passed away she went off the deep end and took our very expensive Specialized (Name Brand) bicycles and ice cream freezer to Good Will.
No homemade ice cream for me.

It's Christmas in July.
The grinder finally showed up.
And a bomb went off in my house.

Husband smoked a pork butt all day, not sure this will last as long as he wants it to...it's so freaking good.

And about whipped cream, I haven't bought anything in a tub or can since I got my mixer around 8 years ago! Also, I can't find my ice cream attachment, so I'll be checking storage later or tomorrow. As far as your grinder, Worth, it sure is pretty! I have the meat grinder attachment for my KitchenAid too, so that's as far as my meat grinding knowledge goes haha.

The pulled pork looks great Kelly.
Here is tonight's supper.
Homemade tamales smothered in chili cheese gravy.
You might be inclined to call it Tamales Etouffee.
