In 2017, Dingwall Scotty was cold and heat tolerant, just not taste bud tolerant, for me.

Few years ago I got a Stupice seedling at a fair. I was not happy with its fruit size and production. It acted more like a cherry tomato.
Two years ago I spotted a coctail size tomato at the farmers market. The seller at the booth told me that it is Stupice. So I bought a pint. It tasted good . So i saved seeds and planted couple of them last year. It beat my expectation. Very productive, with good taste. So this year i am growing just one plant.

yeah this is the sort of problem with "stupice" retail sales I am familiar with .......
when is the stupice the one "stupice " type you want ?.... I grew from seeds the good ole "earliest to develop " stupice small fruit etc.(highly recommended for the earliest group) and I had some retail seedlings that actually were not in the "earliest group" and were more like cherry tomato as well. Be careful with your retail seedlings sales ...people .
