I should have, but it was all gone before I thought to! It was a really good cake though, I'll definitely make it again.

And no, haven't heard anything about the hit-and-run, but I've been thinking about calling up the police department to check on it to see if they ever caught the guy. I was supposed to get a call within 10 days of reporting it to my insurance company, but it's been like 3 weeks since it happened and nothing.

I also want to see all of those folks that got laid off get their jobs back. I dont want to see a great private company like Blue Bell go under or bought out by some POS conglomerate. And resulting being owned and made in China. My favorite Ice cream was Häagen-Dazs many years ago. I like the HEB brand too. Worth |

By the way HEB is a Texas owned company and Creamy Creations is made in San Antonio Texas by HEB in their own plant.
Nothing blasphemous about it at all. Worth |

What do I do when a woman calls me and says she is coming by?
I make her one of these. She is my friend of almost 35 years and nothing is too good for her. She was served this and then was treated to catfish coleslaw and potato salad. It is pecan pralines and cream with my homemade dark coconut oil chocolate layered in it. On top is three whole Brazil nuts a layer of red jalapeno jelly and more chocolate. Then on the very tip top is a wee bit of homemade maple syrup. I know it was good but I thought the girl was going to cry. She is also the best cook I know. Worth IMG_20150903_4963.jpg |

We were buying a woman Christmas gifts that always let us use her truck to go out in town while she worked at the airport in Anchorage. He bought her some stupid girl garbage. I bought her a giant bar of expensive dark chocolate and a big bottle of bourbon. He said you dont buy women stuff like that. I said really, you think. Well she looked at his first and said thank you. Then she opened my sack. I thought the woman was going to throw me down right there in the airport. Oh my god she said, I have never in my life had such a wonderful gift from a man and gave me a big kiss. The other guy was speechless. I had an 89 year old black woman buy me a liter of Jim Beam black label for Christmas. I bought her a case of snuff. Worth Here is the other nights supper. Attachment 529035 |

I would like to add, that 89 year old lady told me all about her life growing up.
Her husband was a one armed mule team driver that hauled logs out of a swamp. Her and her daughter were our neighbors and some of the nicest people you ever met. We celebrated all of the holidays together. Worth |

Patti she was my wife's best friend all the way from grade school and into collage.
She was a punk rocker back in the day. She has had one worthless boy friend after another and was married to a mean alcoholic that she divorced and then he died. The guy was a good friend of mine and I hated to see it happen. She comes by every now and then and I have offered to take care of her if things got bad no strings attached. She works for a radio station in Austin and is on the air all of the time. When I first moved back here guys found out I knew her and were flabbergasted. I told the guys look you dont understand anything about these folks. She has chickens and ducks has a garden and lives in the country and runs around barefoot. Worth |
