Default Tomato Immune Response and Fungal Diseases

I've read a few general articles about a plant's immune response, and wondered if anyone has read anything specifically about work with tomatoes? Most of our our tomato-disease action is focused on what to spray with. Are there any systemic options? Anything that has been shown scientifically to boost the tomato plant's immune response?
I'm already concerned about next year's Septoria outbreak!
