Default Potato Leaf Varieties

I'm trying to grow more Potato leaf varieties as they succumb less to my ever irritating leaf problems. Is there a comprehensive list of Potato leaf varieties anywhere?

I've grown
Captain Lucky
Hillbilly
Dot's Delight
Brandy wine (not sure of varieties)

well here's a start from Tania's site - although it appears a few regular leaf types found their way in

Tania's site has pre-made category lists for a variety of factors, including leaf type. Here's the potato leaf list: http://tatianastomatobase.com/wiki/C..._Leaf_Tomatoes
It looks like a different list than the search results above, plus it's in alphabetical order.

Here's the page with all of the category links: http://tatianastomatobase.com/wiki/Category:Tomatoes

This list is long, for sure. I wonder if a group like Seed Savers exchange would have some of these lesser known varieties?

Delectation of Tomatoes has some obscure ones; he carries 2500+ varieties and says he expects to have around 2800 once he finishes processing this year's seeds. https://www.delectationoftomatoes.com/seeds.html

I second that. Great place to find so many really good varieties and an easy guy to deal with. And Tatianna's site is like an encyclopedia. We are lucky to have them both available. Add in Sand Hill Preservation to the list.

Since you have grown Dot's Delite, here are a few that might give some flavor nuances.

Bloody Butcher - arguably the best overall flavor in a very early golf ball size tomato
Galina's yellow Cherry - distinctly better than most yellow tomatoes
Daniels - similar in most ways to Brandywine Sudduth but less demanding of growing condtions and more productive.
KBX - Orange potato leaf version of Kellogg's Breakfast, better production, larger fruit
Gary'O Sena - large dark mysterious, seeking eclectic consumers
Prudens Purple - variable flavor in some climates, but when it is good, it is sublime!
Tastiheart - A very good red heart, makes exceptionally good sauce when combined with Opalka

There are a ton more, but if you can grow the above you will have a sampling of the best tomatoes around and all are potato leaf.

I've grown Pruden's Purple years ago, that is excellent. Next year...all PL varieties.

You are kind Charley I’m looking forward to seeing what you think of the new ones.
Dak, Fred at Artisan grows some of mine in CA and they seem to do well for him despite some heat waves. Taiga and Midnight sun are available at Artisan seeds.
All 18 of my released tomatoes so far are available from me if interested you can message me

KarenO

Dot,

After you've finished ordering seeds, PM me.

With about 200 PL varieties, I likely have something not commercially available, or something that you are looking for, but can't find. About mid/late January I'd be able to handle requests.
