I'd like to list them out, since I'm growing more peppers this year than in previous years... I'm a total wimp when it comes to heat (I almost threw up eating a jalapeno popper for Pete's sake!), but my husband, father-in-law, and brother-in-law like kick, and I like growing peppers, so why not. Most of them will become either salsa, hot sauce, or powder. And the Peter pepper is just for fun

Sweet
Aconcagua
King of the North
"Sweet Thing" hybrid
"Born to be Mild" Hybrid
Nikita Hybrid
Super Heavyweight Hybrid

Hot
Early Jalapeno
Fish
Habanero
Cayenne
Yellow Peter
Bhut Jolokia
Trinidad Scorpion

This year I'm starting late and keeping it simple, until I get the upper hand of the indoor and greenhouse pepper pests. Plan to plant them out in the raised bed I built for garlic last year and add some extra cover. These I've just potted up:

Sweet

Jimmy Nardello
Doe Hill
Lipstick
Sweet Banana
Leek
Zadira
Sweet Red Cherry

Spicy

Santa Fe
Alma
Aji Cristal
Chilhuacle Rojo
Navajo
Jalapeno X (larger and later than Early Jalapeno, came from a pack of Guerito seed, so we'll see if it was a cross or a stray)

Oh, and I have a Trinidad Perfume that bore one fruit last year and miraculously survived all the pests and overwintered... should pot the poor thing up again now ASAP!

I have a very simple list too, as I focused this year on tomatoes vs. peppers BUT here goes:
6 purple bell peppers
2 yolo wonder peppers
1 red knight bell pepper
1 Jalapeno Gigante pepper
1 Tabasco Pepper

Plus a handful of peppers that I have no clue what they are bc my kids pulled the cells out before I saw what they were....

3 Anaheim Peppers (green chili sauce)
Hot Numex Pepper
2 Poblano Peppers
Serrano Pepper
2 Pasilla Bajio Peppers (that are doing amazing!)
