My current leaders are :
1-Brandy Boy (too many to count . First one blushing )
2- Esterina F2 ( maybe 200 and more blooms . it fruits like multiflora )
3- IS-PL
4- Stupice
4-Sungold

I planted 4 plants on the second planting:
Big Beef is loaded again, BB is very impressive with its production
Chapman had two toms the first time, second time has 4 toms
Neves AR had two toms the first time, second planting it is loaded with over 10 toms
Daniel Burson (regular leaf) had 5 toms, second planting is a potato leaf and it has 15 or more
The regular leaf Daniel Burson was a really good tasting tomato, kinda hard to beat.

The one on the left weighs in at just a bit over one pound, the other one is just under one pound. This is probably the only one pounder I will have this season.

We had 4 or 5 days of hard rain and everything is splitting.

Darn it I lost count today.

I went out and picked a four gallon bucket heaped full and forgot to put down what I picked. Oh well now I can stop with all that extra work. I will be able to remember most of the ones that did great and most of the ones that did poorly and that is all that really matters to me when I go to make my decisions of how many of each to plant next year. An even more important factor is flavor. I regrew a couple of varieties that did really good a few years ago but their flavor was slightly under par so I will really be checking their flavor this year.

So far this year production and size have been scary good despite losing several dozen fruits to worms. So, I have been knocking on wood and keeping my fingers crossed. I can't help wondering what is coming around the bend to mess it up. I guess 40 years of growing tomatoes down here makes one a bit leary.

Bill- I agree- it's been almost TOO good so far! My fruits were slower to set this year, but they are coming on strong now. Other than a hornworm problem, no issues really. I've been staying ahead by spraying Daconil and Neem oil whenever I can- so far so good!

My tomato flowers haven't bloomed yet, but I've got some, including a few of those big, dandelion-looking ones (on Aussie and one or more others). We'll see when the fruit arrives, this year. Other varieties that I remember I noticed flowers on (I didn't check them all) include Black Beauty and Pink Berkeley Tie Dye.

Yeah mine were later to set but now loaded. May be my best year ever if I can keep disease away. Weather here is phenomenal so far.

Just seeing first truss blossoms now. Some are spectacular and there's a double, possibly triple fused on a Crnkovic Yugo from AKmark.

An 11 oz tomato from my year-old Uluru Ochre plant, picked Sunday, eaten last night along with a smaller brother. Note to all: indeterminate dwarf plants don't stay dwarf in the second year, if you can get it there. It's 6 ft tall now, and loaded with fruit.

It was delicious. A delightful surprise to have it come back as it did.
